From golden leaves to warm hearts, fall is a time to gather, give thanks for the bounty of the season, and savour the richness of community and comfort.
It is with great pleasure that I will be joining Kiwan Farms at their 7th Annual Fall Harvest Festival with my own Paint-A-Pumpkin Booth for children to unleash their inner Picasso and paint a pumpkin. Each child will be provided with a pumpkin to paint and take home for free – the treat is on me!
But that’s not all, there’s lots of festive fall fun to go around with a pumpkin patch, a petting zoo, photo booth, local vendors, and furry friends from Ottawa Dog Rescue.
As autumn is also the season of gratitude, we also invite you to consider bringing non-perishable food items to donate to our local food bank. Every donation, big or small, makes a meaningful impact. Let’s share the season’s abundance and give back together.
