Laura Dragone: Senior Community and Legislative Assistant
Laura Dragone serves as Senior Assistant in Councillor Jessica Bradley’s Office, playing a key role in both constituent services and policy support. She leads and supports complex constituency casework, assisting residents with inquiries related to transit, social services, parks and recreation, and finance and tax matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
In addition to her casework responsibilities, Laura provides direct support to the Councillor on legislative files, helping to advance key initiatives. She also works closely with community associations and supports the planning and delivery of local events, helping to strengthen community engagement and connections across the ward.
Jenna Besharah: Community and Legislative Assistant
Jenna Besharah is a Community and Legislative Assistant in Councillor Jessica Bradley’s Office, supporting both day-to-day constituent services and broader policy work. She assists with constituency inquiries, with a primary focus on transportation matters, planning and development files, and major infrastructure projects, helping residents navigate city processes and ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.
Jenna also provides support on legislative files, contributing to research, coordination, and follow-up on key initiatives before Council and committees. In addition, she plays an active role in organizing and supporting community events, helping to foster engagement and maintain strong connections between the Councillor’s Office and local residents.
Tiffany Botting: Constituency Assistant
Tiffany Botting is the primary Community Caseworker in Councillor Jessica Bradley’s Office, serving as the first point of contact for day-to-day resident inquiries. She manages a high volume of requests across a wide range of municipal services, including by-law enforcement, traffic and road safety, parks, snow removal, solid waste services, public works, forestry, and more, ensuring residents receive timely, accurate, and solutions-focused support.
Tiffany also works closely with local community associations and plays a key role in supporting community events, helping to strengthen neighbourhood connections and ensure residents remain informed and engaged. Her work is central to maintaining responsive, accessible, and effective service delivery for the community.
Hollie Pullins: Office Administrator
Hollie Pullins is the Office Administrator in Councillor Jessica Bradley’s Office, managing day-to-day operations and serving as the first point of contact for residents. She answers phones, triages emails, and maintains the Councillor’s schedule to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Hollie also oversees office finances, manages the weekly newsletter, and maintains web and communications materials. In addition, she supports the coordination of community events, helping keep residents informed and engaged.
