Project Overview
Replacement of the existing boat launch at Eccolands Park featuring a new ramp constructed using a combination of pre-cast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The project aims to provide improved waterfront access and enhanced recreational boating facilities for the community. 100% design drawings have been completed by the consulting team.
Current Status
Phase: Permit Application Stage
Progress Update: Permit applications are currently in progress with multiple regulatory agencies including Transport Canada, Parks Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA). Transport Canada and Parks Canada permits are anticipated to require 4-6 months processing time.
Timeline: Construction anticipated for 2026, dependent on permit approvals
