Last term, the City approved an application to construct new Senior’s Apartments located at 2425 Bank Street (Waterford Senior Living).This is to notify the community that construction will begin this spring and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2028. The project will include the construction of 144 new 1 and 2 bedroom units.
While there will likely be some disruption in the area as a result of the construction, the applicant is committed to working with the community to minimize impact as much as possible.
Neighbouring residents will have received a pre-construction survey with additional information.
