Canada Post is moving forward with the conversion of remaining door-to-door mail delivery to community mailboxes in communities across the country. As part of this transition, residents with K1G postal codes in Gloucester-Southgate Ward, primarily located in Hunt Club Park, Upper Hunt Club and the Hawthorne area, will be affected.
Canada Post has been working to identify suitable locations for new community mailboxes and is now in the process of sending letters to residents whose properties are adjacent to the proposed locations.
Residents who receive a letter, or who have questions or concerns about the proposed mailbox locations, can contact Canada Post representative Geoff Paquet directly at geoffrey.paquet@canadapost.postescanada.ca.
Canada Post will continue to communicate directly with affected residents as the transition moves forward.
