Beginning September 4, Para Transpo service will be extended until 2 am on Friday and Saturday nights as part of a one-year pilot project.
The expanded hours will align with O-Train Line 1 service and are intended to give Para Transpo customers greater flexibility to participate in evening activities and community events.
Customers travelling between midnight and 2:00 am must book their trip by calling 613-560-5000 on the previous service day. The last trips can be booked for 2 am, with rural trips available until 1:30 am. Late-night trips cannot currently be booked through the My Para Transpo online platform.
The one-year pilot will help OC Transpo evaluate demand and inform future Para Transpo service.
