Registration for the City’s Cleaning the Capital Fall Campaign opens August 25! Residents are invited to gather their neighbours, friends, family or colleagues and organize a cleanup of a local park, greenspace, roadside, shoreline, bus stop or other public space.
Cleanup projects will take place from September 15 to October 15, with free cleanup kits, including gloves and garbage bags, available to registered participants at participating City facilities.
This spring saw a record-breaking 1,094 cleanup projects and more than 50,000 participants across Ottawa. Let’s keep that momentum going this fall!
