O-Train Improvements

On O-Train Line 2, the first trains on weekdays will run earlier form the south end so that customers can get moving sooner:

  • On weekdays, the first trip from Limebank Station will start at 6am, and the first trip northbound from Carleton Station will start at 6:05am.

On O-train Line 1, weekday frequency will increase, allowing customers to enjoy more space on board, less time waiting, and easier transfers:

  • Peak service increased to every 4 minutes, midway service will be every 6 minutes, and early evening service will be every 7 minutes.

  • Two-car trains will operate Monday -Friday

Additional Bus Service to Meet Demand

Increased weekly service on many routes across the city. Route 98 included.

Additional buses will be standing by at key locations, ready to be deployed to provide support service where required.

Increased Reliability on Local Routes

More accurate and reliable schedules with the fall service change, made to better align with observed travel times.  New schedules on:

  • Routes 6, 7, 41, 117

Customer Service Improvements

Outreach staff will be present at key locations beginning August 31st to support customers as new weekday service takes effect.
