After refreshing the near-term road renewal priorities, City Staff have identified the following residential roads for inclusion in the three- to five-year resurfacing horizon.
- Downpatrick Rd, from Hunt Club Rd to Uplands Dr
- Wyman Pl, from Downpatrick Rd to Kendron Lane
The proposed road rehabilitation timeline is tentative and may be revised to reflect approved funding levels, evolving City-wide priorities, coordination with other capital projects in the area, and the completion of any prerequisite infrastructure work. City Staff have promised to continue monitoring these road segments and assess their timing within future infrastructure renewal planning cycles.
