Rick Leary has been appointed as the City of Ottawa’s new General Manager of Transit Services. Previously CEO of the Toronto Transit Commission, he brings experience managing a large transit system and addressing many of the challenges OC Transpo has faced. He began his career as a train operator and has held a range of senior leadership roles. His initial focus will be assessing current LRT issues and reporting back with a plan to support reliable service.
