A new Site Plan Control application has been submitted for 4055 Russell Road in the National Capital Business Park. The proposal seeks to develop a one-storey industrial building with a total gross floor area of approximately 3,100 square metres on a currently undeveloped portion of the site.
The development would also include surface parking for employees, visitors, and trucks, as well as loading docks, bicycle parking, a rear storage yard, and a stormwater management pond. Two new access points from Russell Road are proposed to support the site.
Residents are encouraged to review the application and provide feedback to the City by April 8, 2026.
