Project Overview
A 4-storey building featuring 25 residential units, including 4 affordable units funded through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), will be constructed on the former Blossom Park PharmaChoice site. The development includes a minor variance for reduced resident parking (24 spaces) while increasing bike parking capacity to 30 units to promote sustainable transportation alternatives.
Current Status
Phase: Construction started Fall 2025
Progress Update: Site plan approval has been received. The project is now under construction
Timeline: Construction Completion is anticipated for June 2026.
