On Monday, March 20th I had the pleasure of touring the Ottawa Mission with CEO Peter Tilley. During the tour, I had the opportunity to get a behind the scenes view of the kitchen area, programming, and the rooming space.
The Ottawa Mission is located on Waller Street, and has helped tens of thousands of residents since it’s doors opened over 100 years ago. Their supports for residents range from a warm meal, clean clothing, hospice care, mental health and addictions treatment, educational training, and much more. Thank you to Peter and all of the staff at the Mission for your hard work; your service in our City is invaluable.
