Mar 18, 2024 | News Updates

The applicant, Claridge Homes, has submitted a revised Site Plan Control, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Plan of Condominium application to the City with regard to the property located at 2510 St. Laurent Blvd.

Claridge Homes aims to construct a Planned Unit Development comprising 160 townhouses on private streets, with a designated portion of the Subject Site reserved for a future public park. The development will be accessed from Don Reid Drive and St. Laurent Boulevard.

Recent Changes:

  2. Additional Trees: In response to City feedback, Claridge Homes has added more trees throughout the development which are now included on almost every lot.
  1. Sound Study: The City has requested for Claridge Homes to explore the sound study options to ensure adequate sound attenuation along Conroy Rd.
  1. Zoning Bylaw Amendment: Homes have been set back further from the roads to align with zoning bylaw amendments.
